FEATURES - If this piece doesn't blow your mind I'm not sure what will! What a gorgeous and iconic piece of vintage fashion. I should mention that there is a very high probability this is an unlabeled Lilli Ann, the design/pattern is identical to those I have seen through my research. The only other option would be that this design was licensed and another company/manufacturer also produced this design. Ethier way this beauty is epic. This powdery grey/blue suede is so dreamy. The shearling is so voluminous and fluffy. The cuffs have shearling that is tipped in an icy grey color while the trim around the neck/hem/opening is tipped in brown. Fully lined in a black satin. Features pockets, hook and eye closures, decorative belted back, and even has interior waist ties. A serious dream coat. Such a 70s dream piece - such a show-stopper.
MATERIAL - Suede and shearling (all of U.K. origin)
CONDITION - Very good condition - This garment has been in storage for at least 2 - 3 decades as it came from the original estate. Some discoloration does exist in the suede from age/use/storage. There are a few marks and spots (one on the back and several on the interior suede, both sides. They were a lot darker but I was able to lift quite a bit of it with a suede eraser). The shearling appears to be in great shape - no matting or staining. The shearling does shed some but after 50plus years I think some shedding to the shearling is normal (in my opinion). I would highly recommend storing this gem with a professional and trusted furrier (stored in a climate control vault when not in season).
